Key Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates paint equipment.
• Mixes paint according to specifications to regulate the customer-specified color, consistency, and quality.
• Maintains paint equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly.
• Removes grease, dirt, paint, or rust from the surface in preparation for paint application, using solvents or washing tanks.
• Inspects painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas to ensure that painted areas match quality specifications.
• Performs all quality control tests, as required.
