DREDGE VIEW breaks down in to three basic systems:

ALL OF THESE SYSTEMS WORK SEEMLESLY WITH DREDGE LINK ALLOWING FOR LIVE REMOTE VIEWING AND ARCHIVING FOR FUTURE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS.

GLOBAL POSITIONING (GNSS)

Trimble Marine Construction (TMC) software, along with Trimble’s industry leading Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers and field-proven hardware, provide a scalable positioning, guidance and data logging platform that is custom configurable and fully user-friendly.

Tracking, recording and displaying dredged depths relative to design/grade in real time maximizes efficiencies in operational time, fuel usage, material removal, etc.

The increased situational awareness, as provided to the operator in real time displays, also serves to identify dredging limits and potential submerged hazards. System commissioning and operator training will be provided by MEASUTRONICS. With remote connectivity as a standard offering, timely support is provided as well.

UNMANNED SURFACE VESSEL (USV)

The least expensive, most economical SONAR technology, quickly establishes a complete detailed Site Surface Rendering of your entire mining pit to accurately determine material Location, Density and Depth.

Upload this Site Surface Rendering data into your GPS System to establish an excellent Baseline upon which to develop your Mine Plan.  Your onboard DREDGE|VIEW GPS System will automatically update the Site Surface Rendering as you move through your Plan and dredge your deposit.

In the future, redeploy the USV to update and recalibrate the Site Surface Rendering for your mine as needed or desired.  Once every 6 to 12 months is suitable for most Sand & Gravel dredging operations.

MULTIBEAM SONAR 3D IMAGING

This is the DREDGE|VIEW Cadillac sonar option for your dredge.

This high-tech system provides a real time a 3D Surface Reference that is immediately loaded directly into GPS imaging screen so the Operator can see exactly what is going on at the bottom as needed.

This system also allows the Operator to Pan 360 degrees around the dredge to view what is at the bottom in the areas adjacent to the Dredge. This is the perfect technology to avoid boulders, high-walls, or other obstacles or easements. It also helps to determine if you missed a good cache of material nearby that is ready to be mined.
