Custom Dredge Works, a manufacturer of semi-portable hydraulic dredging equipment, is looking for Welders/Fitters.

We are searching for combination structural welders and fitters. Individuals must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be able to weld both MIG and Flux Core.

Wages are based on knowledge and experience as follows:

• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a production project
• Candidates must have Mig experience with strong fabrication skills
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• Have a positive attitude and work well with others
• A desire to work in an environment where challenges exist daily to work on custom-built projects, not just simply weld.
